You can choose from individual programs in specific areas, or choose a bundled series that includes a broad range of management courses at a discounted bundle price
COPC® Standards Training
Both the COPC-2000® CSP Standard and the COPC-2000® VMO Standard have corresponding classroom training available to teach how to understand, interpret and apply the COPC® Family of Standards. These programs are also packed full of industry-leading benchmarks for customer satisfaction, quality performance, etc. You can earn a sought-after professional designation through successful examination.

COPC® Best Practices Training
A hallmark of COPC® Global Training is the many best practices, benchmarks and proven methods and techniques that our training covers. In this series we call out the courses that include heavy doses of what our learners tell us they value most! Also, coming in 2012 we will have more extensive series for entire departments, such as Quality, WFM, and HR.

COPC® Agent Training
You asked for it and we've delivered! We are proud to present to you a new COPC® training program area targeted to contact center agents. Choose from courses geared towards contact center agents, including "An Introduction to the Contact Center Industry" and other courses that will enable your agents to gain knowledge that can be leveraged into both better performance, and preparation for continued growth!
COPC® Sales Training
Sales teams need more than sales experience; they need to understand how contact centers work, how to manage them, and then how to sell through the use of the telephone. We’ll be adding additional courses to this Series based on classroom programs done for clients over many years!
COPC® Six Sigma Training
